The Online Grievance Redressal Portal is an ambitious programme to smarten up its service delivery system and enable the University to turn itself into a zero-complaint institution.
The university had launched a 'Vidhyarthy Samparka Paripady' (interaction with students) to address their grievances on the lines of the 'Janasamparka Paripady' carried out by the State government.
In addition, the University have launched the Online Grievance Redressal Portal to speed up the dissemination of university-related information. With this portal, students can log on to the website of the University to file complaints with respect to academic matters.
The student's portal will generate a complaint docket number that can be used to track the progress of the processing of the complaint. The students will be contacted directly by the Vice Chancellor's office to inform about the actions taken on the complaint.
